Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet the organization"s staffing needs
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition
- Develop and track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and outcomes
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
