This role is critical in driving seamless employee lifecycle delivery while leveraging deep Workday expertise to enhance processes, ensure data accuracy, and deliver best-in-class HR operations. As a team lead, you will own end-to-end service delivery for ELCM processes, lead a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
