Job summary

Blackbaud in Hyderabad is seeking an energetic HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and drive employee engagement.

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support decision making.
• Support compliance, audit readiness and process governance with accurate records.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programmes in partnership with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and trackers.
• Develop HR process documentation and knowledge resources.
• Support HR systems administration, enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, Legal and external vendors for smooth execution.

We are looking for an energetic and detail‑oriented HR Operations professional to support day‑to‑day HR operations and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

This role will be based out of Hyderabad.

What you will do:

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding documentation, leave tracking and reporting, payroll inputs, employee letters and queries, and offboarding activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and practices, reimbursements, documentation, and people processes.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision making.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, statutory requirements, and process governance through accurate record‑keeping and documentation controls.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programmes, events, and initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across HR systems and trackers, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Support HR systems administration, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of people processes and operational excellence.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday or a similar tier 1 global HCM is preferable.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance requirements is preferable.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in managing data, creating dashboards, and reporting meaningful workforce metrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
