Job description

Role & responsibilities

HRMS Management





• Oversee the administration and maintenance of our HRMS system (DarwinBox) at the group level.


• Coordinate with Business Unit HRs to address queries and resolve issues related to the HRMS.


• Generate and maintain accurate and timely HR MIS reports.


• Manage the HR Helpdesk, providing timely and efficient support to employees.


• Create and manage vendor and purchase requisitions.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new HRMS requirements and drive system enhancements.


• Maintain accurate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.


• Escalate critical HRMS issues to the DarwinBox team and coordinate with the account manager

Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process


• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.


• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.


• Extend offers and handle onboarding formalities.

Onboarding

• Create IT asset requests and book travel arrangements for new joiners.


• Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new employees.

Preferred candidate profile
