Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an HR Operations Executive in Noida for a temporary role. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR operations experience and is proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS tools.

You will manage joining, onboarding, and exit processes, maintain employee records, handle queries, and support payroll coordination and compliance activities. This role offers growth and exposure within a global travel group.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage joining, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documents
  • Coordinate background verification and induction activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and physical files
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors for monthly payroll inputs
  • Track attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions
  • Support HR audits and data reporting as required
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and SOPs
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR operational matters

Day in the life:

Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage joining, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documents
  • Coordinate background verification and induction activities
HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and physical files
  • Update and manage employee data (personal details, job changes, transfers)
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
Payroll & Compliance Support
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors/internal teams for monthly payroll inputs
  • Track attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions
  • Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Policy & Process Support
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements
  • Support HR audits and data reporting as required
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR operational matters
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Admin) for employee-related processes

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
  • Process-oriented with a service mindset
Educational Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
