Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update HR trackers, dashboards, and databases
  • Support day-to-day HR operations (documentation, onboarding/offboarding, letters)
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Drive Rewards & Recognition programs through data tracking and communication
  • Prepare internal decks, mailers, and presentations for HR initiatives
  • Support engagement surveys, training sessions, and HR campaigns
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and ad-hoc HR tasks
Skill Set Required:
  • Graduate/Post-graduate (or pursuing PG) with prior HR internship experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), and problem-solving skills
