We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Write and post job advertisements on various platforms (internal and external).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist with interview scheduling.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and department heads.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and other talent sourcing activities to promote the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Experience using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukrietc) and social media for recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make decisions.
