Job description

Responsibilities


- Post job openings and screen resumes.
- Conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding sessions and prepare onboarding materials.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately.
- Address employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
- Prepare and process HR documents, including contracts, promotions, and terminations.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into employee relations issues.
- Track and manage employee attendance and leave requests.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Support performance management processes.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management.
- Draft and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Collaborate with other departments on HR-related needs.
- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to HR projects.



Requirements:


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Salary 15k-20k per month and negotiable
