Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HR work experience, strong communication skills, and a background in HRMS/attendance software. This full-time role offers growth across sectors like agriculture, real estate, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage payroll inputs, salary processing, and full & final settlements.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS/attendance records.
• Coordinate joining, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
