We are looking for an experienced HR Business & People Partner to lead the people agenda and employee experience for our Mumbai location. The role will cover employee engagement and culture, performance management, HR analytics and people insights, employee relations, talent development, HR technology, and partnering with business leaders on key people initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be approachable and people-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. They should be comfortable handling employee concerns and sensitive situations, using data to identify people trends and provide insights, and working closely with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders to address people-related matters effectively.
Own HR analytics and use people data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
This should be an important part of the role, but not the dominant focus.
As the HR Lead for Mumbai, the individual will take ownership of the overall people experience at the location.
