A leading global engineering firm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Bengaluru, India. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Ability to maintain good employee relationships and support initiatives.
  • Experience working in Shared Services/GBS/GCC preferred.

  • Proactively plans and conducts HR duties for Global Business Services, India.
  • Independently advises operations on complex HR matters.
  • Crafts solutions for HR best practices.

Responsibilities
  • HR Business partner role reporting to Manager, HR Business Partner.
  • Proactively plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed functions of human resources (HR) duties for Global Business Services, India.
  • Independently advises operations on moderately complex HR matters and is relied on heavily for individual’s expertise. Performs most assignments independently with instruction on the general expected results. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed action plans. Works independently to craft solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent course.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with various stakeholders for HR.
  • Previous experience of working in an MNC in a role with global exposure is preferred.
  • Experience working in Shared Services/GBS/GCC is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a varied audience and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain good employee relationships with the ability to initiate ways to improve employee support and experience.
  • Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks.
  • Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex issues by applying HR best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency and productivity while adjusting to changes in work structure process, and requirements.
