Position: HR & Admin Executive
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting To: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Maintain and update a database of potential candidates and recruitment metrics.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification.
- 2. HR Operations
- Handle employee joining formalities, including offer letters, appointment letters, induction, and orientation.
- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of employee ID cards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files and HR records.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in HR policy implementation.
- 3. Administration Support
- Oversee office housekeeping, cleanliness, and general upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors for office and facility maintenance (electricity, plumbing, internet, etc.).
- Manage AC and office equipment maintenance schedules.
- Support procurement of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist management in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Good understanding of HR operations and administrative management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
