Job summary

Recex Pvt Ltd seeks an analytical chemist with 1–5 years of HPLC experience in Himachal Pradesh. You will operate HPLC systems using Empower, perform method development and validation, and ensure GLP-compliant data handling and SOP documentation.

The role requires accurate data recording, instrument calibration, and preparation of SOPs for standard lab operations. Face-to-face interview is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of HPLC handling experience is required.
• Sound knowledge of analytical method development and validation.
• Familiarity with GLP and SOPs is preferred.
• Experience with instrument calibration and data compilation.
• Ability to prepare samples and maintain raw data records.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and operate HPLC with Empower software.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for OVI, purity, and assay by HPLC per pharma guidelines.
• Calibrate and operate lab equipment (balance, pH meter) in analytical work.
• Prepare samples following GLP and document procedures.
• Handle retrieval and storage of working standards and columns.
• Compile raw data and chromatographic results in GLP-compliant format.
• Record all analytical activities in corresponding data forms.
• Assist in preparing general lab SOPs and instrument SOPs.

Role & responsibilities

1. Knowledge of calibration and operation of HPLC with empower software.

2. Sound knowledge of analytical method development and Analytical method validation of OVI, purity, and assay method by HPLC as per pharma guidelines.

3. Knowledge of calibration and operations of all equipment's like balance, ph meter, in analytical operation.

4. good knowledge of sample preparation as per GLP.

5. Knowledge of retrieval and storage working standards and columns.

6. Handling of final compilation of raw data, chromatoand graphic data complying with GLP requirements.

7. Recording all analytical activities, approximately in respective raw data forms.

8. knowledge of preparation of general lab SOPs and instrument sops.

Experience required- 1-5yrs in HPLC handling
