Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a qualified HPLC analyst to operate HPLC systems with Empower software and contribute to method development and validation in a GLP-compliant pharmaceutical lab. The role requires 1-5 years of hands-on HPLC experience and familiarity with calibration of routine lab equipment. On-site work in Himachal Pradesh.

The candidate will prepare samples per GLP, manage raw data, and assist in SOP preparation while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all analytical activities.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of HPLC experience.
• Experience with analytical method development and validation per pharma guidelines.
• Familiarity with GLP and sample preparation.

Responsibilities

• Calibration and operation of HPLC with Empower software.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for OVI, purity, and assay by HPLC.
• Maintain calibration of lab equipment (balance, pH meter).
• Prepare samples as per GLP guidelines.
• Retrieve and store working standards and columns properly.
• Compile raw data and chromatograms per GLP requirements.
• Record analytical activities in raw data forms.
• Assist in writing general lab SOPs and instrument SOPs.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Knowledge of calibration and operation of HPLC with empower software.

2. Sound knowledge of analytical method development and Analytical method validation of OVI, purity, and assay method by HPLC as per pharma guidelines.

3. Knowledge of calibration and operations of all equipment's like balance, ph meter, in analytical operation.

4. good knowledge of sample preparation as per GLP.

5. Knowledge of retrieval and storage working standards and columns.

6. Handling of final compilation of raw data, chromatoand graphic data complying with GLP requirements.

7. Recording all analytical activities, approximately in respective raw data forms.

8. knowledge of preparation of general lab SOPs and instrument sops.

Experience required- 1-5yrs in HPLC handling
