We are looking for a results-driven SEO Team Lead with proven real estate experience to spearhead our organic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies tailored for real estate campaigns (projects, microsites, portals).

- Lead the SEO team and coordinate with content, design, and tech teams for execution.

- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits to optimize content and site structure.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) with actionable insights.

- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives including schema, page speed optimization, and mobile friendliness.

- Stay updated with latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital tools.

- Ensure all SEO activities align with business goals and project timelines.

- Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to align organic strategy with campaign objectives.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.

- Must have hands-on experience in real estate SEO (including handling projects, portals, and location-based targeting).

- Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO elements.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
