• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards within the housekeeping department at Resort Terra Paraiso.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
• Generate and review reports on housekeeping activities and performance metrics at Resort Terra Paraiso.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a certification in hospitality management is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role at Resort Terra Paraiso or similar establishments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
