Job summary

Bloom is seeking a Housekeeping GSA for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram. You will maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, handle laundry, restock amenities, and ensure all procedures meet Bloom’s guidelines.

You will engage with guests to address requests, support a welcoming environment, and coordinate with the team while reporting maintenance needs and participating in regular training.

Qualifications

• Strong housekeeping skills including room cleaning and public area upkeep.
• Experience with laundry operations: sorting, washing, drying, linen handling.
• Customer service skills to respond to guest requests professionally.
• Effective communication with guests, teammates, and supervisors.
• Ability to participate in training and follow standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene and sanitation practices in hospitality environments.
• Prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The role includes performing daily cleaning tasks, handling laundry operations, restocking amenities, and ensuring all housekeeping procedures follow company guidelines and safety standards. The Housekeeping GSA interacts with guests to address housekeeping-related requests, provides prompt and courteous service, and supports a welcoming, comfortable environment. The role also involves coordinating with the housekeeping team, reporting maintenance issues, and participating in ongoing training to uphold Bloom’s quality and service standards.
