Job description
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in office areas, including reception, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
- Dusting, mopping, and sanitizing office premises regularly.
- Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Manage pantry stock to ensure the availability of refreshments.
- Assist in setting up rooms and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Dispose of trash and ensure waste management practices are followed.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene standards.
- Ability to serve refreshments in a professional manner.
- Polite and service-oriented attitude.
- Basic communication skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam is required; knowledge of English, Hindi, and Tamil is an added advantage.
- Punctual and well-groomed.
