Position: House Manager Kabra House (Private Residence)

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of Kabra House, a high-end private residence in Juhu. This key role demands discretion, leadership, and impeccable organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall Household Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, staff coordination, and service excellence.
2. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, manage, and supervise household staff including housekeeping, kitchen, gardening, drivers, and security personnel.
3. Maintenance Oversight: Oversee property maintenance, coordinate repairs, and liaise with service vendors to keep all facilities in optimal condition.
4. Budgeting & Expense Control: Manage household budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
5. Event & Guest Management: Plan and coordinate in-house events, gatherings, and family functions with professionalism.
6. Security & Safety: Implement safety protocols and manage security arrangements to ensure the family's safety.
7. Personal Assistance: Support the family with travel arrangements, appointments, errands, and administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably managing a luxury or high-profile household.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
5. Attention to detail and proactive in anticipating needs.
6. Flexibility to work irregular hours as required.
7. Educational background in hospitality management or related fields is a plus.
