RAD Resources is seeking a Hotel Manager to drive business objectives across multiple locations in India, including Bengaluru, Goa, Warangal and Hyderabad. You will develop and implement hotel strategies to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellence in operations, budgeting, and service recovery. Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Revenue Management: Optimize hotel revenue through pricing, inventory and yield management.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest service and handle complaints with recovery procedures.
• Staff Management: Lead and develop hotel staff including department heads and supervisors.
• Operational Management: Oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality, brand and regulatory standards.

Greetings from RAD Resources. The upcoming 4 Star Hotelis looking for the Hotel Manager (Positions: 10) who is responsible to develop and implement hotel strategies to achieve business objectives.

Salary: 50,000/month

Location:Bengaluru, Goa, Warangal, Hyderabad

Timings: Shift Timings

Responsibilities:

• Revenue Management:Optimize hotel revenue through effective pricing, inventory management, and yield management.
• Customer Service:Ensure exceptional customer service, handle guest complaints, and implement service recovery procedures.
• Staff Management:Lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff, including department heads, supervisors, and front-line employees.
• Operational Management:Oversee hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Quality Control:Ensure compliance with hotel quality standards, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
