Job summary

EliteHire Placement Solutions seeks a Senior Hot Dip Galvanizing Head to oversee the entire HDG plant operations in Jaipur. You will manage process parameters, ensure adherence to IS/ASTM/ISO standards, and drive safety, audits, and quality control across all galvanizing activities.

The role requires 10–20 years of experience, a B.Tech/B.E degree, and the ability to coordinate across maintenance, purchases, and dispatch while achieving production targets.

Qualifications

• HDG plant operations leadership experience
• Knowledge of IS 2629, IS 4759, ASTM A123 or ISO 1461
• Experience with galvanizing tests, audits and quality compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HDG plant operations and galvanizing processes
• Control process parameters to maintain coating thickness, uniformity and adhesion
• Ensure conformance to IS/ASTM/ISO standards and client specifications
• Lead safety audits, 5S, and maintenance activities
• Manage inventory, procurement, and reporting
• Coordinate with Dispatch and TPI inspections
• Drive capacity planning and scheduling across production lines

Tower Transmission- a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) plant operations galvanizing operations, Process parameter control,End-to-End HDG Management, Capacity & Scheduling, Resource Management, Technical Standards: Maintain strict control over coating thickness, uniformity, and adhesion according to industry standards like IS 2629, IS 4759, ASTM A123, or ISO 1461.Surface Defect Control ,Special Client Specificationsmanpower supervision, Jigs designing & maintenance for HDG, audits ,Galvanizing testing.inventory management, management reporting, Sound knowledge of IS codes, andConsumption controlling,5S,dinating between different department asMaintenance, Electrical store purchase etc. operations, quality compliance, Parameter monitoring of Pickling,fluxtank, rinsing, Zinc Bath, Passivation manpower supervision, safety, audits, Involvement inDispatch & TPI inspection
