Job summary

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hospitality faculty role based at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur. The faculty member will deliver classroom sessions on hospitality fundamentals, customer service, and professional etiquette, using interactive teaching methods and real-world case studies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, designing training materials, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learner development. The role involves mentoring students on industry expectations, grooming standards, and workplace conduct, as well as coordinating practical demonstrations and role plays. The faculty member will collaborate with the center’s academic and administrative teams to ensure training quality, maintain records, and support periodic evaluations and audits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service, with the ability to teach front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and guest relations concepts.
• Knowledge of

Must have FO experiance of atleast 3 years

• Experience in classroom teaching or corporate training, including lesson planning, use of audio-visual aids, and conducting assessments and evaluations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Professional grooming, interpersonal skills, and the ability to model workplace etiquette, team collaboration, and service-oriented behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, Aviation, or a related field; prior industry experience in hotels, airlines, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and digital tools for preparing training content and maintaining academic records.
• Commitment to student-centric teaching, the ability to motivate learners, and openness to continuous learning and curriculum updates.
