Qualifications

• Knowledge of NABH standards, drug storage, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
• Verify prescriptions for completeness and appropriateness before dispensing.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff to support safe medication management.
• Participate in regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
