Role & responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement horticultural plans for gardens, lawns, and green spaces.
2. Oversee maintenance of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers within the property.
3. Manage landscaping projects, including seasonal planting and decorative displays.
4. Monitor plant health and take preventive measures against pests and diseases.
5. Supervise and train a team of gardeners and landscaping staff.
6. Ensure irrigation and watering systems are functioning properly.
7. Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
8. Work within budget constraints for horticultural activities.
9. Coordinate with architects as and when remodeling required.
10. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for plant procurement and maintenance materials.
11. Implement sustainable gardening practices and eco-friendly landscaping techniques.
