Job description

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Vulnerability reports to provide advice and consultation on Network Infrastructure Capacity.

• Assess infrastructure setup to identify gaps.

Other Responsibilities:

• Administer and operate devices such as network routers and switches (e.g., Cisco), firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint), network monitoring systems (Syslog, NMS, backup), wireless, and remote access systems.

• Manage problem resolution with maintenance support vendors, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues.

• Configure and administer network equipment following change management procedures.

• Provide technical support and advice on hardware and software within the network environment.

• Respond to service requests (e.g., VLAN configuration, firewall rules, port activation), incident tickets, and alerts.

• Perform routine backups and recoveries of network devices.

• Supervise vendor management for external contractors.

• Monitor security alerts on in-scope devices, analyze impacts, and inform end customers accordingly.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Cisco Nexus, BGP, OSPF, MPLS.

• CCIE certification with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
