Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage potential clients in the HORECA sector (Highest priority).
  2. Manage and build strong relationships with key hotel, restaurant, and cafe clients.
  3. Achieve monthly sales targets (Priority).
  4. Drive primary sales for products in assigned chains, handle commercials, negotiate terms of trade (TOT), manage visibility closures, and plan promotions.
  5. Take responsibility for the entire B2B revenue and client management.
  6. Initiate, close, and manage tie-ups.
  7. Handle payment reconciliation.

Required Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum of two years of experience in handling sales in a corporate environment.
  2. Successful previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  4. Capable of managing total B2B revenue.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Female candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales are preferred.
