Role: Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote technical assistance to customers using our enterprise products. The role involves managing customer trouble tickets, troubleshooting hardware, networking, and Windows PC issues, and supporting various technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers
• Understand hardware and networking issues
• Provide remote support and troubleshoot customer problems
• Manage trouble tickets efficiently
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs
• Basic knowledge of Groovy and Java
• Experience with HL7 standards
• Proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures
• Basic understanding of Windows servers, JBOSS, ESB, and AS2
• Knowledge of XML and EDI
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on Sunday to Thursday shifts

Skill Sets Required:

• Experience in technical documentation
• Knowledge of SQL and software testing
