Reach Talent Solutions invites experienced home healthcare nurses to join our oncology team. The role covers administering chemotherapy and immunotherapy in patients' homes, strictly per oncologist-approved protocols and with a strong focus on safety.

You will perform pre-treatment assessments, manage portable IV equipment, monitor patients during treatment, train family caregivers, and coordinate with home care teams to ensure accurate clinical documentation and timely escalation.

Qualifications

• Must hold GN M or B.Sc. Nursing with valid State Nursing Council registration.
• Post Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing or Community Health Nursing (preferred).
• Home Healthcare Nursing Certificate added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assess home environment for treatment suitability and infection control compliance.
• Respond to medical emergencies using established protocols.
• Coordinate with home healthcare teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Formation

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution with valid State Nursing Council registration

• Assess and ensure home environment suitability for treatment and infection control compliance
• Respond to and manage medical emergencies independently using established emergency protocols
• Coordinate effectively with home healthcare teams and maintain detailed, accurate clinical

documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Certification

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution with valid State Nursing Council registration
• Post Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing or Community Health Nursing (preferred)
• Home Healthcare Nursing Certificate added advantage

Experience

• Minimum 23 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Prior home healthcare or community nursing experience — added advantage

UNIQUE ROLE REQUIREMENTS

This position requires readiness to carry and operate the following in a home setting:

• Portable chemotherapy kit — including IV pumps, monitoring devices, and emergency supplies
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper biohazard/waste disposal containers
• Reliable vehicle equipped with secure medical equipment storage
• Access to 24/7 medical backup communication system for emergency escalation
