Job summary

IntelliFusion is seeking a WordPress Designer/Developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for internal use and client projects. You will work on WordPress themes/plugins, front-end design, and back-end integration, with emphasis on aesthetics, SEO, and performance.

The role requires experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, plus Version Control tools and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

IntelliFusion Group of Companies is looking to hire an experienced html, CSS and WordPress developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites and web application designs for both internal uses as well as for our clients.

You will be working on a variety of web assets including design of web applications, WordPress sites, marketing materials and collaterals, brochures, etc.

To be successful in our companies, you should have in-depth and verifiable knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management and SEO skills.

Responsibilities:

• Back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating and implementing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Monitoring the performance of the websites.
• Creating Marketing Material for internal uses as well as for our clients
• Creating Email templates for marketing.
• Creating Brochures, graphics and other marketing collaterals.
• Ability to work in a team setting.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial, and SVN.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting project deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Ability to Work Eastern Standard Time (New York).
• Ability to attend online meetings and constructively provide feedback and updates.
