Job summary

AnandRathi in Nagpur is seeking a Deputy Manager & above for the HNI-Dealer role. The candidate will advise HNI/UHNI clients on markets, derivatives strategies, and wealth-building ideas, while aiming to grow the desk's share and revenue.

You will meet clients, travel regionally for meetings and seminars, cross-sell MF, PMS, and structured products, and maintain MIS reports for the Reporting Head. Prior banking/broking experience with HNI AUM is required.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of capital markets.
• Portfolio management and financial planning experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking/broking, managing HNI AUM.

Responsibilities

• Understand markets, advise HNI/UHNI clients mapped to the desk.
• Understand derivative strategies.
• Improve market share via advisory calls for desk clients.
• Generate direct brokerage revenues with stock ideas and trading calls.
• Meet active clients regularly and convert dormant ones.
• Regional visits for HNI client meetings and seminars/events.
• Cross-sell third-party products (MF, PMS, structured products).
• Acquire HNI/UHNI clients from referrals and existing networks.
• Maintain periodic MIS for Reporting Head.
• Support revenue growth within RMS and Compliance policies.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding the Markets, Technical & Fundamental Stock market reports and advising the same to HNI / UHNI clients mapped to the Desk or to respective Advisor.
• Understanding of Derivative Strategies.
• To improve Market share in Trading and Delivery calls through our advisory calls for the clients mapped to Desk and the respective Advisor.
• Generate direct brokerage revenues by advising various trading and stock ideas based on the market pulse to the clients.
• Regular meetings with Active clients, converting the dormant clients into active.
• Regular Regional visit for HNI client meetings, seminar/events.
• Cross sell of Third party focused products as suggested by the Anand Rathi group (includes MF, PMS, Structure Products and others).
• The person should be able to acquire HNI / UHNI Clients with reference from existing clients and other market references.
• Maintaining and submission of periodic MIS as per the requirement of the Reporting Head.
• Revenue generation and increasing the revenue share within the ambit of the internal & external approved policies of RMS and Compliance regularities.
• Candidate should have minimum experience of around 5 years from banking and broking industries and managing bank AUM of HNI Clients.
