Responsibilities

Lead, manage and mentor a blended team of backend, frontend and QA engineers.

Participate directly in hands‑on technical work and guide end‑to‑end feature development using Sitecore, React, and Node.js.

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across engineering and business teams.

Champion the adoption and internal evangelization of the web framework including Sitecore and experimentation platforms.

Define and drive long‑term technical direction, architectural decisions, and technology strategy.

Support hiring by partnering with recruiters to attract, interview, and onboard top engineering talent.

Ensure high productivity, strong delivery standards, and smooth sprint planning and release execution.

Key Qualifications

5 plus years of experience in software development with strong exposure to web platforms or full‑stack engineering.

2 plus years of experience managing software development teams and delivering large‑scale distributed systems.

Strong experience with modern technologies including .NET, Node.js, ReactJS, Azure Cloud Services, and Sitecore CMS or similar platforms.

Deep understanding of performance tuning, scaling, and high availability for web applications and services.

Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and grow engineers.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work through ambiguity and make sound technical decisions.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
