Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of overall experience in software development, technical project management, program management, or related engineering roles.
• Strong technical understanding of Java and enterprise software development.
• Good knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-team technology projects.
• Proven ownership of projects from inception to closure and production deployment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and/or SAFe.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, release management, and production deployment.
• Strong project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management skills.
