Experience Required

• Total: 3 - 6 years (can extend up to 8 years if required).
• Relevant APM Experience: Minimum 2 years. Candidates with full APM-focused career background will be prioritized.

Key Skills & Expertise

• ServiceNow APM Expertise: Deep understanding of the APM (Application Portfolio Management) module, its functionalities, and how it integrates with the rest of the ServiceNow platform.
• Enterprise Architecture and Platform Analytics (EA Workspace).
• CSDM (Common Service Data Model): Knowledge of data model design and application.
• CMDB Knowledge: Strong understanding of CMDB principles, CI relationships, and how they apply to business applications and services within APM.
• ServiceNow Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant scripting languages for customizing and extending APM functionalities.
• Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods to gather data for APM.
• ITBM/CSM Modules: Familiarity with other IT Business Management (ITBM) modules such as PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Demand Management that often overlap with APM functionalities.
• Work Arrangement: 5 days work-from-office (WFO).
