Job summary

Healthkart Store in Bhilai invites applications for Store Manager. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, drive customer service excellence and manage sales performance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of nutrition/supplements to promote Healthkart products, with active involvement in local events and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in retail management.
• Knowledge of nutrition and supplements is preferred.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Willingness to perform marketing activities (LMS).
• Ability to participate in gym/event-based promotions to boost sales.
• Excellent selling skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Overall operational responsibility of HealthKart store.
• Taking care of customer service.
• Creating new customer database to increase the sale and share daily customer footfall report to your reporting manager.
• Stock/Inventory management - inward & outdoor
• Participate and conduct BTL & Local Store Marking activities to increase Sales of the Store i.e. Gym visit, product sampling in the different kinds of events.
• Handling store - Opening & closing of the store
• Cash management and daily banking with banking partner without any error.
• Raising customers Invoice
• Following store aesthetics
• Strong in operations & eye for detail.
• Strong in maintaining KPIs of the store.
• Promoting of products and services of the organization.
• Prepare and share Daily Sales MIS of the store.
