• Ensure proper documentation issuance, revision, and archival of controlled documents.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of BMR/BPR records.
• Maintain documentation related to deviations, CAPA, change controls, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse and other departments for timely QA documentation.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, traceable and compliant with standards.
• Support internal and regulatory audits by providing required documentation.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, maintain, and control QA-related documentation as per company procedures and GMP requirements.
• Maintain and update SOPs, protocols, reports, formats, specifications, and other quality documents.
• Ensure proper documentation, issuance, revision, and archival of controlled documents.
• Support preparation and maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) / Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Maintain documentation related to deviations, CAPA, change controls, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and other departments for timely completion of QA documentation.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, traceable, and compliant with applicable quality standards.
• Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections by providing required documentation.
• Follow GMP, GLP, GDP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely closure of documentation-related activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical QA Documentation will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel / Word.
