Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Multi Skilled Technician (MST) - B License to manage electrical maintenance across facilities. The role requires 2–7 years of hands-on experience, ITI or Diploma in Electrical, and a valid B License.

You will operate and maintain HT/LT systems, panels, DG sets, UPS, and power distribution equipment. Key duties include preventive and corrective maintenance, fault troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, reliable power for critical systems and lighting.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical with 2–7 years of relevant experience.
• Valid B License mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete electrical floor maintenance.
• Operate and maintain HT/LT electrical systems.
• Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, MDB/SMDB/DBs.
• Operate DG sets, UPS, batteries, and distribution systems.
• Attend electrical breakdowns and perform troubleshooting.
• Carry out PM and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Check transformers, APFC panels, capacitor banks, and busbars.
• Monitor voltage, current, frequency and load.
• Maintain lighting, emergency lights, exit lights and power points.
• Inspect electrical hazards and perform cable terminations and basic repairs.
• Ensure proper functioning of distribution and power supply systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle complete electrical floor maintenance

• Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, LT panels, MDB, SMDB and DBs.
• Operate and maintain DG sets, UPS, batteries and electrical distribution systems.
• Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Check and maintain transformers, APFC panels, capacitor banks and busbars.
• Monitor electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency and load.
• Maintain lighting systems, emergency lights, exit lights and power points.
• Carry out electrical inspection and identify potential electrical hazards.
• Perform cable termination, cable dressing and basic electrical repair works.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical distribution and power supply systems.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with electrical panels, DG, UPS, transformers and APFC.
• Good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
