Job Objective: The objective of this role is to sell 99acres customized subscription packages to the already registered members (Property Owners) of the platform.


Job Description:

  1. Speak with pre-generated leads via calls and sell Paid Plans
  2. Understand customer needs and handle their queries about paid plans
  3. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  4. Ability to influence & negotiate with the customers
  5. Fast learner who has a passion for sales
  6. Proven track record of achieving sales target

Required Skills:

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Active listening skills & strong convincing skills

Other Details :

  1. 5.5 Days working (alternate Saturdays and Sundays off)
  2. Upto 150 calls / day and daily Talk time of 3 hours
