Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss design ideas.
2. Perform site visits and create accurate AutoCAD and Revit plans reflecting existing conditions.
3. Presenting rough design drafts for client approval and finalizing AutoCAD models.
4. Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software, blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
5. Completing job reports.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials.
2. Able to design independently.
3. Familiarity with appropriate design and visualization tools.
4. Good mathematical and analytical skills.
5. Good artistic skills.
6. Must have a thorough knowledge of construction materials and accessories.
7. Experience in RCC Layout & Detailing (2D AutoCAD).

Creative Skills:
