What You Will Edit

• Short‑form ads (15–45 sec) for Meta
• Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
• Talking‑head and UGC‑style videos
• Green screen footage (clean keying required)
• Hook‑driven, story‑led edits
• Captions, motion text, simple transitions

This is not cinematic editing.

This is speed + clarity + retention.

You Must Have (Non‑Negotiable)

• Strong green screen removal (no spill, clean edges)
• Good working knowledge of After Effects
• Motion text proficiency (no cinematic FX required)
• Strong Premiere Pro workflow
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention
• Experience with short‑form content
• Fast turnaround – no excuses
• Comfortable following briefs and feedback

AI & Tools (Important)

You should already be using or willing to use:

• Auto‑caption tools
• AI tools for faster editing
• Modern workflows (not old‑school slow processes)
