SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVE (MALE CANDIDATE PREFERRED)

Roles And Responsibilities:
  1. Candidates should be comfortable in field work.
  2. Responsible for selling office solutions to current and new customers.
  3. Provide service and customer support during field visits.
  4. Install our POS software in their system/device.
  5. Give training about our product to our clients.
  6. Build positive relationships with customers.
  7. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  8. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  9. Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they have solved technical issues.
  10. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  11. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  12. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  13. Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus.
Skills Required:
  1. Software Installation and Training.
  2. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  3. Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
  4. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
