We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our software development and operations, focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring efficient deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring faster and more reliable releases.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and cost-effective while implementing infrastructure as code practices.
• Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Set up monitoring systems to track application and infrastructure performance, troubleshooting issues and tuning systems proactively to enhance reliability.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Security Best Practices: Implement security measures in the deployment pipeline to protect applications and data, adhering to compliance standards.
• Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes and systems, while also mentoring junior team members to spread knowledge within the team.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including proficiency in automation tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
