We\'re Hiring: Strong Mechanical Design Engineers

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification: B.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only or 15 days serving notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project delivery from concept to final release.
• Perform machine design and R&D design activities independently.
• Conduct detailed material selection, and define machining, fabrication, and post-processing operations.
• Execute precise engineering calculations for structural loads, and select appropriate OEM components (e.g., Linear Guides, Motors, Gearboxes, Bearings).
• Apply sheet metal design expertise efficiently in projects.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings with precise tolerances using GD&T principles.
• Utilize UG NX (mandatory) for high-quality 3D modeling and design documentation.
• Conduct basic structural analysis to validate designs.
• Maintain strong awareness of manufacturing techniques and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Design / R&D Design.
• Proficient in UG NX for 3D modeling and design documentation.
• Expertise in Sheet Metal Design and Manufacturing Drawing creation with GD&T.
• Sound knowledge of Structural Analysis and Material Selection.
• Awareness of Manufacturing Techniques.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Semiconductor and Special Purpose Machine (SPM) industry background is a strong plus.
