Job summary

TENARAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED in Bengaluru is seeking an IP Deployment Engineer with 5–15 years' experience to join our Bangalore office. The role supports global deployments and requires working across multiple shifts with a focus on reliable, scalable network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will lead complex deployment projects, coordinate with vendors, and implement IP routing strategies in IPv4/6 environments. Strong data center and Linux tool familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying and supporting network hardware platforms and architectures (Cisco/Juniper).
• Strong TCP/IP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS in IPv4/6 environments.
• Experience coordinating large-scale hardware installations and configurations.
• Ability to lead complex network deployment projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interaction skills with vendors and external parties to ensure project completion.
• Experience with cage design using Visio/OmniGraffle for layouts and rack elevations.
• Familiarity with Data Center electrical and cooling configurations (IEC, NEMA, power redundancy).
• Experience with Linux/OS tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team with minimal supervision.

Job Title: IP Deployment Engineer

Experience: 5-15 Years

Working Mode : Work from Tenarai Bangalore office all 5 days

Shift Timings : 24*5 (Shift1 : 6am to 3:30pm) , (Shift 2 : 3pm to 12:30pm Midnight) and (Shift 3 : 9pm to 6:30am) Candidates must be comfortable for all 3 shifts as there will be a shift rotation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Minimum Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in deploying and supporting network hardware platforms and architectures, including Cisco and/or Juniper routers/switches.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting IP routing/switching technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS in a dual-stack IPv4/6 environment.
• Experience in coordinating and executing large-scale hardware installations and configurations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex network deployment projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interaction skills with vendors and external parties to ensure project completion.
• Experience with cage design using tools like MS Visio/Omnigraffle for layouts and rack elevations.
• Familiarity with Data Center electrical and cooling configurations (IEC, NEMA, AC/DC power, and power redundancy scenarios).
• Experience with Linux/OS tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNP or JNCIP preferred; Expert-level certifications are a plus.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• J xperience in coordinating and executing projects involving the deployment of optical communication equipment (DWDM), site preparations, and OTDR testing is desirable.J
