Job summary

ICS Foods & Hospitality Services is seeking a candidate in Mundra, Gujarat, India, to oversee essential food safety and HACCP-related responsibilities in a commercial kitchen. The role emphasizes understanding GHP, GMP, CP/OCP/CCP, FSSAI licensing, traceability, and incident response.

The ideal candidate will be capable of implementing corrective actions, conducting RCA, applying HACCP principles, and managing HACCP decision trees, while ensuring COSHH compliance and effective HSE activities

Qualifications

• Aware of PRPs in kitchen and food safety compliances.
• Knowledge of corrective actions for food incidents and traceability.
• RCA and RCA methodology.
• FSSAI license procedures.
• CP, OCP & CCP awareness; HACCP decision tree.
• Preliminary steps & principles of HACCP.
• Control measures to prevent chemical contamination; COSHH clearance.
• Knowledge of incident/accident/near miss/unsafe act/unsafe action/first aid.
• Audit procedures; difference between inspection and audit.
• Different fire classes and extinguishers used for different fires.
• HSE activities knowledge.

Responsibilities
