Job summary

Glauben Technologies in India is seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer to design and implement AI-powered solutions, including chatbots and knowledge assistants, for enterprise workflows. You will work with Python, SQL, and leading AI frameworks to build and deploy LLM-driven applications, integrating with ITSM tools and external APIs through robust ML pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex for building AI apps.
• Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, ticket analytics, and summarization tools.
• Understanding of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with automation platforms and APIs.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and model deployment.
