Job Role Responsibilities

As an Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through recruitment and development of life insurance agents.

• Recruit train insurance agents (commission-based)
• Supervise agent activity plans and ensure target achievement
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) with agents
• Maintain updates in the Sales Management System
• Motivate agents to participate in Career Progression Programs
• Promote use of digital tools (Agent Portal CRM) for customer management cross-selling
