Skills: Implementation of policies and procedures related to various sections like; - purchase, repair maintenance, medicine stock order delivery, medical file audit, material shifting, patient feedback, patient emergency, doctor movement follow-up and coordination, and opening and closing of hospitals.

  • Implementation of policies and procedures related to various sections like; purchase, repair maintenance, medicine stock order delivery, medical file audit, material shifting, patient feedback, patient emergency, doctor movement follow-up and coordination, and opening and closing of hospitals.
  • Monitoring the quality indicators like patient turnaround time on a timely basis.
  • Should have complete knowledge of random audits/checks in the hospitals.
  • Maintaining various worksheets for smooth operations and monitoring them on a regular basis.
  • Making, Reviewing the reports shared by the area managers and making a compiled report of all pending issues for completion.
  • Analyse budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Evaluate the performance of staff members during the appraisal cycle by HR.
  • Preparing training modules for the center staff and imparting training with coordination of HR.
  • Finalization of the candidate by evaluation based on written exam and interview on real-time field training.
  • Coordination with the area manager for keeping all Hospital Licenses, building, Fire, BMW, Pollution, and pest control agreements up to date with respect to renewals.
  • Liasoning with administrative and district authorities for various hospital-related works whenever required.
  • Ensure satisfactory inspections by various authorities in coordination with area managers whenever required.
  • Resolve all issues arising in their respective centers.
  • Responsible to motivate the staff for smooth operations.
  • Monitoring inventory log of hospital in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Random check of their staff and patient records.
  • You are responsible for organizing and managing complete patient records at centres.
  • Organize regular meetings with area managers to discuss about updates, issues and business opportunities.
  • Any other tasks assigned by area manager or Management.
