Job summary

Adecco India is hiring Field Service Technician (Battery) for Mumbai to diagnose and service lithium-ion battery packs, including high-voltage systems. The role involves on-site repair, testing, and data collection at customer sites with travel required.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure timely service delivery. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years' experience in Automotive Service & Electrical diagnosis.
• Fluency in English & Hindi (spoken & written).
• Good presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Diagnosis & Basic electricals.

Responsibilities

• Testing of lithium-ion battery packs.
• Handling high-voltage lithium-ion battery system repair and maintenance.
• Repairing high-voltage and low-voltage battery packs, replacing components, and performing measurements.
• Supporting day-to-day engineering tasks and tying workflow to schedule.
• Manufacturing wire harnesses and test rigs to support battery pack manufacturing and testing.
• Traveling to customer sites within allotted jurisdictions to collect data.
• Troubleshooting technical issues; operating company laptops and testing tools to evaluate issues and repair tasks.
• Maintaining tool kits, laptops, connectors, and other equipment.
• Communicating with customers about technical issues.
• Maintaining daily activity logs, tracking maintenance, and part tracking sheet.
• Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
