Job summary

Legacy Med Pvt Ltd in Chennai is hiring AR Callers and Senior AR Callers to join our medical billing team. You will interact with insurance companies, review claims lacking EOB, and follow up on corrections and appeals. Handle denials and end-to-end denial management, including CMS 1500/HB-UB04 documentation.

Immediate joiners are preferred; relocation readiness is a plus as we expand our Chennai operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of strong experience in denial management.
• Experience with a leading medical billing company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to insurance companies regarding claims.
• Check on claims where EOB is not available.
• Follow up on corrected claims and appeals.
• Work on denials according to non-denial management.
• Manage end-to-end denials and CMS 1500/HB-UB04 forms.
