Job summary

NIFM - Stock Market Institute, based in Fort, South Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage accounting activities using Tally and oversee TDS and GST processes, including the Income Tax Portal.

Required are B.Com or postgraduate qualifications with at least 6 years of experience in relevant sectors; knowledge of payroll, PF and ESIS is advantageous. Male candidates preferred; female candidates from South Mumbai or nearby may be considered.

Qualifications

• Handle accounting activities end-to-end.
• Work in Tally and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage TDS and GST computations, payments and returns.
• Utilize Income Tax Portal for filing and compliance.

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling accounting activities, working in Tally, managing TDS and GST processes, and using the Income Tax Portal. Knowledge of Payroll, PF, and ESIS will be an added advantage. Job Requirements B.Com or Postgraduate. Minimum 6 years of experience in any manufacturing, service, or infrastructure company. Expert in Tally. Experience and knowledge of complete TDS processes, including computation, payment, and return filing. Experience and knowledge of complete GST processes, including computation, payment, and return filing. Knowledge of the Income Tax Portal. Additional knowledge of Payroll, PF, and ESIS will be an advantage. Age: 28 to 40 years. Male candidates preferred. Female candidates residing in South Mumbai or nearby may also be considered.

Salary : 25,000-30,000 per month (Gross, All Inclusive)
